Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to turn ambitious ideas into shipped products and create clarity, momentum, and accountability across teams. We are seeking someone who can expand our artificial intelligence and learning platform ecosystem, building AI-powered learning products, simulations, and assessments used by enterprises to develop leaders and drive behavior change at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and product requirement documents to launch and adoption.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to drive execution and delivery.
• Create clarity in priorities, scope, ownership, and timelines across stakeholders.
• Drive product decisions, trade-offs, and prioritization across multiple initiatives.
• Write detailed product requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Use data, customer feedback, and product judgment to improve products and prioritize enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of product management experience specifically in SaaS or enterprise technology products.
• Proven ability to translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements and actionable plans.
• High comfort level working with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, workflows, and implementation trade-offs.
• Strong bias for action with the ability to create clarity in ambiguity and ensure all loops are closed.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and drive outcomes without needing constant direction.
• Strong reliance on using data to make decisions and measure outcomes.
• Experience building AI-enabled products or workflows is highly desired.
• Familiarity with learning, assessment, simulation, or behavioral products is preferred.
• A strong interest in artificial intelligence, gamification, learning experiences, and behavior change is a significant plus.
