The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities. The role will ensure a smooth employee experience while maintaining accurate, compliant, and confidential HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Coordinate assessments, interviews, candidate communication, and feedback.
- Manage offer rollouts, pre-joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.
- Facilitate new employee induction and ensure smooth integration.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, and promotions.
- Validate attendance and leave records and provide payroll inputs.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and benefits.
Employee Engagement & Development
- Support employee engagement activities, events, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Assist with performance management, appraisal cycles, and learning & development initiatives.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive employee experience and workplace environment.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer, confirmation, increment, promotion, experience, and relieving letters.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory requirements, and documentation standards.
Exit Management
- Manage resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and separation formalities.
- Coordinate full-and-final settlements and ensure timely issuance of exit-related documents.
HR Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain HR trackers and MIS reports covering hiring, onboarding, attrition, engagement, and HR operations.
- Support HR projects and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Familiarity with HR-related labour laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
