Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the premises.
  • Manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities, placing orders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethics.

CTC- Up to 3 LPA.
