Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the premises.
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in inventory management and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethics.
CTC- Up to 3 LPA.
